receive announcements of upcoming projects, programs, and new additions
to our website. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent
others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which
means that the members list is not available to non-members. This is a
two step process:

the BTLC mailing list. Your subscription will be finalized
